I love Instagc. I have earned ALOT of money using this site.

However it seems the more I earn the harder it gets to redeem. I have submitted a ticket for my points to be unfrozen. I have not gotten a response. This is day 2.

However I have gotten a response about not doing duplicate tickets.....HOW can I get a response for THAT but my INITIAL request be completely ignored. I asked in chat and was told I submitted numerous tickets, which can delay it. ONCE AGAIN ALL THAT CAN BE SEEN AND RESPONDED TO BUT my POINTS being unfrozen is being COMPLETELY IGNORED. I have heard and read several horror stories about if you voice your grievances you will be blocked.

I do NOT want this to happen to me however I would like customer support to do their job.....which is support the customer. I dont know if they are looking for a reason not to credit me or what......

Nothing was being ignored. You just need to be patient and give us a chance to respond. You kept updating your ticket over and over and made new tickets which made your delay longer.
