I was being a little cry baby. I was so upset thinking I just got scammed.

They actually just re opened my account and I got my gift card :( I'm sorry for the stuff I said? Instagc is legit and I was wrong to be so upset before they had a chance to help me.

Your first sentence is accurate. From there - your claims are not correct.Your first Support Ticket was replied to in 2 minutes - informing you of an irregularity found.

Then 3 minutes after you responded with incomplete info you proceeded to keep posting responses and duplicate Tickets. In your SECOND duplicate Ticket you were given a warning to not duplicate, and then proceeded to violate that warning. Another warning was then issued.

You violated that warning directly as well. Additional accounts were also made - a direct violation of Terms.Any point deduction applied was after direct violation from a prior warning advising that the deduction would result.
