So my account has been restored. While I am happy about that, but I am not happy about the way the IGC staff behaved on here or in support messages.

I'm not happy with all I had to do to fix this, either. I'll be sure not to do any tasks that will involve me having to contact them at all. IGC is a great site in and of itself, but their staff leaves a lot to be desired. They should have one standard way to deal with a situation, not 3,4 or 5 so that each employee has to follow procedure and can't make up things as they go along.

Andrew Day was great to maintain contact with me personally the way that he did.

As long as I'm left alone, I have nothing more to say. As I stated above, I am staying away from support, so they should be leaving me alone as well.

I was on the site for a little while then became too busy to do it. I went back a few weeks ago. They banned me yesterday without warning or explanation. They also allowed me to continue to do tasks and accumulate points without letting me know there were any issues. The only reason I found out was because I tried to redeem a gift card and couldn't. I used emails that belonged to me for more than a decade under different versions of my own name. I had no idea that this would be an issue. I explained everything to them and it was clear it was a mistake, nothing more.

But that's not what my main issues are. It's the treatment I've received from support. I used the info given here and I contacted Andrew Day. He told me to be patient and if I gave support the information that they asked for, then my account would be reinstated. I gave them the information and now they want more. I'n a grown adult and they way they are dealing with me is nothing less than embarrassing and insulting.

It's sad because I had cards made up with my referral link to distribute to the nearby colleges. But given the way they have treated me over this, I can't see it ending. To make it worse, I still have money in my account.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: I miss the site, but I don't want to be harassed due to this. .

THAT is what they are doing to me today. You can read it for yourself. As far as using "fake" information, I can use my OWN name as I see fit. The information I used was real, yet you took 75% of legitimately gained points anyway.

That was already explained to you, so stop trying to embarrass me by lying. Perhaps you should spend more time improving your customer service since there are plenty of complaints about it. I asked Andrew to delete my account BEFORE I was asked to come back, so don't behave as if you gave me another chance when it was the other way around. Oh, and I told him before that I knew you would behave this way.

Surprise, surprise that I was right. Thanks for putting it in writing.

I agree...the morals of the staff have went down very badly. They will ban you from chat and stuff for the same things they will talk about later on, it's ***.
