Resolved: My experience with Instagc
It has been resolved and I am very happy with the results. They deducted me 250 points for the wrong information, but now I have access to everything again. I am very happy with it and it has made me a bit giddy because I was starting to think it wouldn't be resolved....
I admit and completely understand that this whole ordeal is my fault completely. I was just hoping that me fixing everything I had wrong would resolve the issue. I am not providing any ID since I am not taking the chance of identity fraud(they have not asked for this, but I read in others they have before and I do not condone my doing so).
Overall, I believe that Instagc is a good website that probably gives the money it promises, I just have not been so lucky to have received the money I worked for. I hope to get the item I want, and then I will leave the website in order to not stir up any more trouble. I even have told them I will leave after I get the gift card I would like to redeem my points for. If this issue is resolved, I will add onto this post to explain my experience for the rest of this unwanted journey. I did break a few rules and do not blame them if they ban me or delete my account. I actually have considered multiple times of just deleting my account and saying screw it, but there is not an option to(that I know of) delete it. I think you have to contact them in order to, which I really don't want to do. Thanks for reading!

InstaGc Habitually Falsely Accuses Users of Fraud
Well, first off, InstaGc did falsely accuse me of fraud and I noticed it was, coincidentally, when I had worked my butt off earning the most money from their site because I wanted extra money for the holiday season. The mods were very rude and unprofessional to me. Over half of their surveys don't pay out, so i'm being lied to and not actually being compensated for my time. I've repeatedly told admins/mods they need a system to report surveys like this or they need to look into their surveys and advertisers, you know, actually do their job. Of course, I have been ignored or talked to in a rude manner.
We as InstaGc users are their clients and we are doing work which they are profiting from and deserve to be compensated when we are told we will be compensated and treated with respect. I guess they are too busy falsely accusing users of fraud and talking down to them to do this job. They certainly profit alot more when you take a survey then you do, and without users they would have nothing.
Also, I was told at the beginning of each survey that my information was private and confidential, a big issue for me because I want to protect myself and my family on the internet especially, so imagine my surprise when this condescending "mod" pulls up my private info from surveys and starts picking out small details, going through each thing to accuse me of "fraud." None of it made any sense to me. In the end, this petty mod stole my 5 dollars and stated how they can't take back the other money I'd "stolen" from their "poor advertisers." You'd think if he were going to steal it he could have at least donated it, as there is a donation option on the website, but no it just had to go back to those "poor" multi-million dollar corporations.
All this because of nitpicking small details for ex. my income did change, I recently was married and so yeah, my name was changed as I took my husband's last name. I tried to explain these things to him, but he didn't want to listen. All common sense and logic, and especially respect, seems to evade these people when it comes to dealing with their clients who aren't advertisers I guess. And they did this because they want an excuse to get all the compensation from their advertisers and steal your personal info to profit from without giving you your measly change for it. I tried to explain these things to him, but he didn't want to listen. You can't reason with the greedy. After he took my money, he tried to blackmail me saying if I don't leave a negative review I can have the "privilege" of using their services again. To which I said no. I need to be honest with people and tell them the truth about this site so they aren't wasting their time ending up disappointed when they work for little to no compensation just to get a little money toward holidays or groceries. It isn't right. And these mods obviously aren't trained to do their job and don't know how to act in a professional way. As a company, this would embarrass me.
Oh, and this company tries to justify themselves along the lines of "everyone who posts a negative review of us must be guilty of fraud." Yeah, the site is actually one of the lower rated pay for survey/offer sites out there, and for a reason. It is because people have spoken and shared their honest experience of the company, not because they have committed "fraud." Also, this is a company known for censoring negative reviews from social media sites, etc. If you want to run a legitimate company and improve your reputation, my advice is to actually try being professional.

Horrible points for cash site
This company has the worst business practices when it comes to points for cash sites. They will give some people money, but for most they will claim that you violated their terms and conditions by providing fraudulent information.
When you question them about it they will totally ignore you. If you persist they will tell you some line about your name and address not being real and demand personal information to prove that you are real. I am on three other points to cash websites, none of them have ever had an issue with my name or address.
Also don't trust the reviews and comments you see out there, they sensor their social media to delete anything that isn't negative, which explains why there is so little activity on sites like facebook.
Want to post an issue or concern? Don't bother they will delete it and block you.
It's to be expected though, their customer service is pretty much zero. If you love being treated rudely and spoken down to, this is the company for you.
Resolved: Where is My dollar?
After a full day of back and forth with them through emails. I have received My dollar !
I had to agree to remove this , or mark as resolved. I would still be VERY wary of these people.
They didn't even know it is illegal to xerox I.Ds . They refused Me payment for a...
Then they asked for copies of My ID. Well guess how ID theft happens duh! Others may be keen on this site ,but I rather have My dollar. Pure thievery , all I wanted was My dollar and they wouldn't give it to me.
What do they need ID for? All that info credit cards and such? Hmmmmm, was are they not flagged as sellers of this information?
If My info ends up stolen and abused by these guys I am gonna write about it everywhere! Where is My money?

Similarly to other complaints, these guys accused me of fraud based on a simple misunderstanding. I explained and explained but the guy isn't ready to understand.
I dedicated so many hours of effort into earning 5000 points to get a gift card I could use to buy something I had waited for a long time. These guys sure know how to ruin someones Christmas. The coincidentally, when the problem occurred my account wasn't locked.
So I wasn't aware that there was a problem, I continued taking surveys to reach my goal and when I went to redeem, it said my account is locked and I couldn't even use the chat. But before I went to redeem I could use the chat and everything was fine, even though the thing they are accusing me of happened way before I went to redeem the reward, they only lock my account right when I went to redeem.

Locked down my points for no reason with no prior warning havent been banned yet but i expect a very rude and condescending response from the reviews i have read
I dedicated so many hours of effort into earning points I am unemployed and rely on sites like this to get by and i am on 4 sites and NONE of them have EVER given me issues on prize redemption nor locked down my points for no reason i am prepared for war metaphorically because from the reviews i have read it seems they will ban me and steal my 861 points and accuse me of fraud i worked HARD for those points and i had planned to purchase something off amazon tonight which now the cheapest item has sold which is a big deal to me because of amazons SOARING prices.
If this happens bad reviews will be coming out of my butt everywhere i can get them even in fliers around town and i will be making phone calls specially to the BBB and my bank if my bank info is still on there and they freeze my account i'm livid 1 minute everything is fine the next my account is under review with no prior warning this all started when i reported a offer that remotely shut down my computer apparently they cant take any type of criticism what so ever when the problem occurred my account wasn't locked.

All the four deposits got refunded to InstaGC is what I meant.

Rude support service :(
I have only been using InstaGC for a few days, so I am still learning my way around. I was not using the search function correctly and was locked out of the search function.
I did unknowingly break the rules, so it was completely my fault. I put in a support ticket for clarification. I was not rude at all, but the reply that I got back from support was horrible. They actually MOCKED me.
I apologized for my misunderstanding of the rules and promised it would not happen again. The mistake WAS my fault, but there was absolutely no cause for rudeness, and that leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. I was not demanding my access back nor was I upset or rude to the employee, and I did apologize.
I do like the site, especially the tasks, but I can do these same tasks on Swagbucks, and they are much more pleasant.
So I cashed out my points with no problems whatsoever and will be on my way. Shame.

Laptop was riddled with spyware and trojans after being on this site
when i told instagc.com last yr there was a offer on the site that caused my computer blue screen they banned me in stead of trying to fix it i am glad i'm banned one day this site could end up sued for seriously messing up someones computer when it happens i will laugh after getting banned from instagc.com when i finally bought internet security which i hadnt had in awhile for my laptop it found over 200 spyware and trojan viruses all of which im sure came from this site since it made my laptop act funny i have been on other survey sites that aren't so rude and don't harass me for dumb reasons the mods are rude and self righteous
